Customs and Duty Tax

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any such taxes/ duties is the responsibility of the recipient. 

 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hrs (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. 

*Potential delays may occur during high volume order/ sale periods or postal service issues which are outside of our control.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you find that you have made an error with your order, we ask that you immediately contact our Customer Service Team. We will endeavor to assist with changes, unfortunately once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or sms notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within estimated time frame, please contact Australia Post or our Customer Service Team with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return or exchange for different product/shade.
