COST OF SHIPPING
We offer Free Express Shipping on AU orders over $100. Orders placed before 10am AEDT Monday - Friday generally ship on the same day.
All online orders are delivered via Australia Post or a registered courier, once items have been dispatched, they are strictly bound by the carrier's delivery terms and conditions. To view Australia Post terms, visit www.auspost.com.au.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 10am AEDT Monday - Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 10am AEDT will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Please note that during busy ‘sale’ periods there may be a delay in dispatching orders due to increase in order volumes.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email notification with a tracking number. You may track the status of your delivery via relevant shipping providers website.

- We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by Cozmetic Lab.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Likewise, customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order.
Cozmetic Lab will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed onto the customer if the incorrect delivery address details are provided during the checkout process.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not refund for change of mind, lack of expertise for use of product or differences in personal opinion. We do not exchange colours for change of mind. Returns for refund will only be accepted if the product is faulty, received in error or differs dramatically from the description supplied by Cozmetic Lab.
We may accept returns for other reasons at our discretion. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. If you believe your product is faulty or you wish to return your goods for other reasons, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Faulty items will undergo an inspection process by our product development team, and you will be contacted within 48 hours with a resolution. If the goods are deemed faulty, we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight charges.
Cozmetic Lab do not take responsibility for the costs involved with returning faulty goods. However, if the goods are deemed faulty after assessment, postage costs will be refunded thereafter. Please include original postage receipt in return parcel.
Our returns policy only covers the items purchased from www.cozmeticlab.com.au. We do not accept returns on overly used products or products not purchased directly from Cozmetic Lab.
If the returned goods are determined by Cozmetic Lab to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek the permission from the customer to charge additional costs to the customer’s credit card where possible.
If item(s) received is not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered, and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
If you are granted a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your original notification that you would like to return the goods.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available, and you will be responsible for arranging redelivery within 14 days.
Luxe Beauty Group Pty Ltd owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops or promotions. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
